Empowering Change  Through Knowledge,  Advocacy, and Hope

About Us

NeuroHope is a youth-led Initiative that strives to empower the next generation to turn talk into action and create meaningful conversations around brain health. We care deeply about advocacy around increasing awareness, education, and stigma-busting around neuro and neurodevelopmental conditions like Alzheimer’s, autism and ADHD. NeuroHope was founded in the spirit of believing that knowledge brings about change. NeuroHope is working to take the science of neuroscience and make it both understandable and accessible, especially to youth, marginalized communities, and communities that are often not part of the conversation at all. With to be inspired and excited about, we are bridging the gap of curiosity to impact through engaging workshops, digital campaigns, advocacy work and community outreach.

🧠  Our Story
NeuroHope was founded on the belief that knowledge can spark change — and that young people are powerful agents of that change.

It began with a realization: despite the rising prevalence of neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions like Alzheimer’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD, conversations about brain health were often clinical, exclusive, and missing one vital element — the voices of youth and marginalized communities.

Motivated by personal experiences and a shared desire to address the gaps in understanding, education, and empathy, we — a team of students — came together to launch NeuroHope. From the very beginning, our goal was to create something more than an awareness campaign. We wanted to build a movement — a place where curiosity meets compassion, science meets storytelling, and learning leads to leadership.

Today, NeuroHope continues to grow as a youth-led, impact-driven initiative that connects people to brain science in meaningful and accessible ways.

Why We Matter

There’s a gap between science and society — and we’re bridging it.
Over 60% of people worldwide lack access to brain health education (WHO).

Youth are left out of key health conversations — we’re changing that.
Young people make up 40% of the world, but rarely have a voice in healthcare advocacy.

Neuroscience is missing in schools — we’re filling that gap.
Only 11% of U.S. high schools offer neuroscience-related education (NIH).

Stigma is still real — we replace it with empathy and awareness.
1 in 6 people live with a neurological condition — and too many are misunderstood.

🌟 We show that youth aren’t just future leaders — they’re leading now.
